Elderflower cordial  - made with locally picked fresh elderflowers, organic unrefined sugar, lemons and citric acid.

Great with fizzy water for a delicious refreshing drink.

Elderflower champagne - light, refreshing and naturally fizzy. A tiny bit alcoholic, but not very. Great for parties, weddings, on the beach or just chilling out at home.

1 litre - £6

1.5 litres - £8 

2 litres - £10

For events, buying in bulk,  it is £4/litre (1 litre = 8x 125ml servings, making it about 50p/serving!)

It all comes in plastic bottles which I collect from local pubs, wash, and re-use. 

There are definitely enough plastic bottles in existence already. We don't need to

make any more for a while I think!

 

 

 

Elderberry Syrup    And here it gets very interesting. There's a lot of evidence to show that elderberries have marked anti-viral properties and can reduce the symptoms of colds and flu. 

My elderberry syrup is 56% pure elderberry juice. Organic unrefined sugar is also used. And that's it. No other ingredients.   It is entirely handmade. 

Dilute to drink, with hot water, or cold.

Or add to cocktails, or dribble over icecream, add to cakes...etc
